Shaker Lane I Homeowners Association

The Shaker Lane I/Ivy Lake Drive Homeowners Association represents the townhouses numbered 200 through 216, the first units on Shaker Lane as you turn off Ivy lake Drive. These nine units were the original Phase I "Golfdominiums". The Ivy Hill Golfdominiums were built in two stages. The first nine Golfdominiums were completed in the first phase of development followed by sixteen more units in the second phase. The Golfdominiums front on the northeast side of Shaker Lane which roughly parallels Perrowville Road but lays well below it and is separated from it by a row of mature pines and, at the end where the Shaker Lane I townhouses are located, by a wide triangular expanse of open land. Shaker Lane in turn is elevated well above the golf course which runs behind the Golfdominiums. This arrangement gives every unit spectacular views out the back. From their back balcony, homeowners can look down on golfers playing the long Par 5 second hole at the Ivy Hill Golf Club. The view also includes the far side of the second fairway and the beautiful mountains in the distance.
