Ivy Hill Homeowners Association
The Ivy Hill Homeowners Association is the oldest
homeowners association in Ivy Hill.
It serves as an umbrella organization for all the Ivy Hill communities, representing not only
the interests of those Ivy Hill addresses not covered by one of the many neighborhood
homeowners
associations listed on this website, but also the collective interests of all of the homeowners and
residents of the Ivy Hill communities.
The historic focus of the IHHA has been the preservation of Ivy Hill as an
outstanding residential area and the beautification of its common areas. You may have noticed the
"Maintained by IHHA" sign at the entranceway as you were entering or leaving the
neighborhood. However, we are much more than landscaping and maintenance. The IHHA as an
incorporated entity actually owns the main entranceway to the subdivision with its quaint
gazebo and beautiful trees. We also represent the community in discussions with government agencies
and other outside organizations, maintain the community's computerized database and publish the
Ivy Hill Telephone & Services Directory, publish a quarterly Newsletter, develop and maintain
this website, team with the Ivy Hill Ladies Association to organize and sponsor community social
events like Oktoberfest and the Christmas event, and oversee the work of the Ivy Hill Architectural
Committee. We also help the neighborhood maintain its unique character by assuring that everyone
complies with the Ivy Hill Reservations and Restrictions.
Membership in the Ivy Hill Homeowners Association is voluntary. The current dues
are $50 per year. Click on the Contacts page on this website to find a complete list of the current
officers and directors of the IHHA along with their contact information.
