Club Terrace Homeowners Association

The Club Terrace condominiums are perched on top of a hill overlooking the dogleg-left par 4 tenth hole at the Ivy Hill Golf Club. The condominiums back up to the left rough and are elevated well above the fairway, affording residents a spectacular view from their rear balconies of that hole with the creek winding along the left side of the fairway from tee to green fed by a picturesque pond that guards the left side of the green. A pair of Canadian geese have nested on the shores of the pond the past several summers and the local deer herd can often be spotted browsing around the pond at dusk.
