Ivy Lake Drive Homeowners Association

The Shaker Lane I/Ivy Lake Drive Homeowners Association represents the townhouses numbered 100 through 108 and 300 through 308 that lie on the east side of Ivy Lake Drive. The 100 townhouses are situated near the intersection of Ivy Lake Drive with Perrowville Road, while the 300 townhouses are located further down Ivy Lake Drive atop a hill overlooking the golf course.

The nineteen units covered by the Shaker Lane I/Ivy Lake Drive Homeowners Association are often erroneously called "condos" or "condominiums," but it is important to know that all of these units are townhouses where each homeowner owns his own structure and the land on which it sits.  These are townhouses (not condominium units) and should be insured as such with traditional homeowners insurance policies. The Association does not own any part of any unit.
