Ivy Lake (Sailview) Homeowners Association

The Ivy Lake (Sailview) Homeowners Association encompasses approximately forty homes located along both sides of Sailview Drive where it makes a large loop along the northeast shore of Ivy Lake. The land along that side of the lake slopes to the southwest towards the water. So while many of the lots on the outside of the loop are either lakefront properties or have a view overlooking the lake, most of the lots on the inside of the loop sit sufficiently higher so that they too have spectacular views of Ivy Lake over their neighbor's rooftops.
