Cedarberry Homeowners Association Cedarberry, the only gated community and one of the last neighborhoods to be developed in Ivy Hill, is located on the southwest corner of Ivy Lake. Cedarberry encompasses only Cedarberry Lane and Ivy Point Court. The lots on Ivy Point Court and the east side of Cedarberry Lane are some of the nicest lakefront properties on the lake while the lots on the west side of Cedarberry Lane are elevated above the surrounding land so as to also afford great views of Ivy Lake.
