Shaker Lane II Homeowners Association The Ivy Hill Golfdominiums, a condominium community, which stretches from tee to green along the right side of the long Par 5 second hole at the Ivy Hill Golf Club, were built in two stages. The first nine Golfdominiums, Units 200 to 216, were completed in the first phase of development followed by sixteen more units (Units 218 to 248) in the second phase. The Shaker Lane II Homeowners Association includes all of the Phase II Golfdominiums (Units 218 to 248). The Golfdominiums all front on the northeast side of Shaker Lane which roughly parallels Perrowville Road but lays well below it and is seperated from it by a row of mature pines. Shaker Lane in turn is elevated well above the golf course which runs behind the Golfdominiums. This arrangement gives every unit a secluded front yard and spectacular views out the back. From their back balcony, homeowners can look out across much of the front nine at Ivy Hill Golf Club to the beautiful mountains in the distance.
