Ivy Hill Membership Dues and Donations

Ivy Hill Homeowners Association has both predictable and unpredictable expenses throughout the year for which the association depends on residents becoming members and paying yearly dues. Currently, expenses include the following items:

• Landscaping and mowing of grass
• Mulching, seeding, pruning and weed control
• Maintenance of entranceways
• Lighting at entranceways
• IHHA Newsletter
• Ivy Hill community Directory
• IHHA Website
• IHHA Insurance
• Oktoberfest Family Event – Free to Members
• Holiday Decorations
• Email Hot Line for lost & found items, wayward pets, and community information & alerts
